On September 18, 2023, AddSecure Group, a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions, acquired Clifford Group, a leading multi-brand telematics company in the Benelux, to strengthen their market position and expand their service offerings.
Now the AddSecure Group – Clifford Group deal has been nominated for the Dutch M&A Awards in the category Best Deal Mid-Market. This prestigious recognition highlights the success and impact of the transaction, which has been selected by the M&A Awards jury from a longlist of submitted deals.
